Tee Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored solely by Browndidthat / Spruce & Ledge LLC (“Sponsor”), Princeton, Maine. It is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube or Google LLC.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry Period

Entries accepted from the date the announcement video is posted through September 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“Entry Period”). Entries received outside this window will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

During the Entry Period, on the official giveaway video on the Browndidthat YouTube channel: (a) Like the video; (b) Subscribe to the Browndidthat channel; and (c) leave a comment naming your favorite Spruce & Ledge design. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple comments do not increase your chances.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about October 1, 2026, and announced on or about October 2, 2026 via pinned comment and Community post on the Browndidthat channel. The winner will be contacted via a reply to their entry comment and must respond with valid U.S. shipping information within seven (7) days. If the winner cannot be reached or does not respond within seven (7) days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

6. Prize

One (1) Spruce & Ledge graphic tee, winner’s choice of any available design and size (S–XL). Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $30 USD. Prize is non-transferable; no cash equivalent or substitution except by Sponsor. Sponsor is responsible for shipping the prize within the United States.

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Publicity

By entering, entrants agree that the Sponsor may announce the winner’s YouTube username publicly. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s username for announcement purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in a disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud or technical failure compromises its integrity.
